- Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue or as per the date stated on your Gift vouchers
- Expiry date on vouchers is non-extendable
- Specific voucher is valid only for use for its stated purposes, additional fees will apply for any alterations
- Clients are responsible for lost or mislaid vouchers
- Clients must provide voucher number, names, contact information, and treatment preference when make a booking
- Cancellation policy will also apply for confirmed bookings
- Vouchers must be redeemed in full at the time of visit
- Vouchers are non-refundable and non-convertible to cash
- E-Voucher or Voucher card must be presented on arrival
- We reserve the right to alter, change, and add to the terms and conditions without prior notice
- Voucher Redemption treatment bookings are strictly subject to availability
- Promotional Vouchers can not be used in conjunction with other offers
